1. In a bowl, combine flour, egg, olive oil, salt and half the milk. Whisk the batter well, adding the remaining milk, a little at a time, until the batter is silky smooth in consistency.

Apple & Calvados Crépes
1 cup flour
1 egg
1tbsp olive oil
pinch of salt
350ml milk
1 dl calvados
1tsp cinnamon
4tbsp sugar
2 apples, peeled and sliced
maple syrup, as much as you like
